Intelligent Forms Processor (iFP) transforms electronic forms such as insurance claims forms, vendor invoices, application forms or any other type of forms into a business advantage by extracting business critical information from electronically scanned forms automatically and accurately. iFP handles the unstructured documents intelligently with minimum human intervention with SoluSoft Intelligent Forms Processor

iFP has five stages, a) ingest scanned image or electronic PDF form or document on eat a time from a predefined shared folder, b) classify the incoming image or document using artificial intelligence classification, c) extract the business-critical information off the classified image using smart OCR and AI, d) optionally send the image and data to a quality control queue for a person to verify the extraction, and finally e) output the image and the data to a predefined output folder for ECM or DMS to ingest.

However, for theclassification and OCR to successfully work, iFP AI engine needs to be trainedon each document or form type that needs to be classified to extract businesscritical information.
